Monoclonal cytotoxic antibodies trigger the lysis (destruction) of the cells expressing the antigens (targets) against which they are specifically directed. Innate Pharma develops cytotoxic antibodies targeting cancer cells. Whereas this mechanism of action is well validated, with several marketed drugs, our drug candidates are unique by the originality and specificity of their targets.

IPH 4101 and IPH 4201 are two proprietary cytotoxic antibodies currently developed by Innate Pharma (pre-clinical validation). They illustrate the significant capability of Innate Pharma to licence original targets to academic players and turn them into innovative clinic-ready drug-candidates.

As the mechanism of action of cytotoxic antibodies has been widely validated and the development path is well known, Innate Pharma will emphasize this class of drug candidates for its future developments.
