With this in mind, Innate Pharma pursued the Great Place To Work® certification process in 2019. This was an opportunity to formalize our collaborative practices and corporate culture. It is also a tool that allowed us to better understand the expectations of our employees and to measure their level of satisfaction, with a view to continuous improvement.
