Description

Within the Communications Department, reporting to the Communications manager, your focus will be on implementing and supporting the company's communications plan and you will be actively involved in cross-disciplinary activities, including internal communication, corporate communications, science communications, social and digital communication.

Your primary role and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Contribute to the implementation of internal communication activities.
  • Support corporate communication activities.

Main responsibilities and key tasks

Internal communication

  • Help with coordination of internal communications activities (town halls, internal events, forums, etc.).
  • Support with drafting content for the internal newsletter, working in close collaboration with the communications team and numerous employees within the organization.

Corporate communication

  • Assist the global communications team with news flow and associated materials, in particular press releases translation and distribution.
  • Support in updating the corporate website on a day-to-day basis.
  • Participation in the development of content for social networks (LinkedIn and Twitter).
  • Manage ad-hoc internal requests related to corporate branding.

This internship will give you the opportunity to lead projects from A to Z and to manage all aspects (planning, organization, coordination, budget, etc.).

Profile

Experience and Qualifications

  • Holder of or in the process of obtaining a postgraduate degree in Communications (Master 1 or Master 2).
  • Experience within a communications team.
  • Experience within a listed company and working within a confidential environment (under financial markets rules, respect of intellectual property) is an advantage.

Competencies, Skills and Behaviors

Technical skills

  • Strong writing skills (both in French and English).
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
  • The applicant must be able to read, write and speak French and English.

The position is based in Marseille with a possibility to work remotly.
