Innate Pharma (Euronext Paris: FR0010331421 – IPH) will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) on June 29, 2011, at 9:30 am in its headquarters, 117 avenue de Luminy, F-13009 Marseille.

The Notice of Meeting of this Shareholders’ Meeting was published on May 25, 2011, in the French official legal bulletin (“BALO”). It includes the agenda, the proposed resolutions as well as instructions to participate and vote in this Meeting. It is also available on the Company’s website, in the investors’ room ("General Shareholders' Meeting preparatory documents").
