PACIFIC-9 Phase 3 trial led by AstraZeneca evaluates durvalumab in combination with monalizumab or oleclumab in unresectable Stage III NSCLC
Innate Pharma SA (Euronext Paris: IPH; Nasdaq: IPHA) (“Innate” or the “Company”) today announced that AstraZeneca has updated the expected timing for the PACIFIC-9 Phase 3 trial high-level data readout to the first half of 2027, from the second half of 2026 previously. The revised timing reflects the event-driven nature of the study.
PACIFIC-9 is an AstraZeneca-led Phase 3 trial evaluating durvalumab in combination with monalizumab or oleclumab in patients with unresectable Stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not progressed following platinum-based chemoradiation therapy. Enrollment in the trial is complete.
Monalizumab is an anti-NKG2A antibody developed by Innate Pharma in collaboration with AstraZeneca. AstraZeneca obtained full oncology rights to monalizumab in October 2018 through a co-development and commercialisation agreement initiated in 2015.
