Innate Pharma is hiring a Specialist Compliance, Audit & Internal Control.
As part of the Compliance team and reporting to the VP, Compliance & Operations, you will play a cross-functional role in implementing the Group’s compliance program, with a particular focus on internal controls and internal audit. You will contribute to strengthening the Group’s compliance culture and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures across Innate Pharma’s various entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, implementation and ongoing review of compliance policies, procedures and frameworks, taking into account relevant risks and regulatory developments.
- Coordinate the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program with internal teams and external experts.
- Propose and execute the internal control and internal audit program, analyze findings and follow up on corrective action plans.
- Develop internal control and compliance KPIs and reporting for management and the Audit Committee.
- Act as the main point of contact for the external auditors on internal control matters.
- Contribute to raising employees’ awareness of compliance requirements and provide relevant training.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving internal teams and external partners.
Candidate profile
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in audit and/or internal control, ideally within a listed company and/or an audit firm.
- Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, particularly SOX, as well as audit and risk management.
- Good understanding of ethics and compliance matters.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of autonomy and a strong team spirit.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools, ERP systems and collaboration tools.
